• Base sponsorship helps with the operations of the meet, and will include advertising opportunities:
    - Logo placement on meet tee, banner, and livestream
    -Written ad opportunities in athlete and spectator emails
    -Livestream read outs

  • Vendor Table

    Opportunity to be present your business to spectators and athletes on meet day. Vendor tables will be stationed in the spectator area with foot traffic.

    Vendor table estimate is 6 currently. If a sponsor does not get a vendor table, but wants one and it's plausible, we will update and offer a chance in the future.

    $100.00 ea.

Sponsorship Fee will be used for operational costs and, where possible, an addition to the current best lifter prize pool. (Currently $750 each for Men and Women). If you'd like to add a contribution specifically for best lifter prize pool, you can add below! It will be distributed across 1-3rd as best as possible. You may also provide extra prizes for best lifters of the meet.

In the case of a severe weather event, it is the meet director's decision to either cancel the meet or reschedule if possible.
All lifters are expected to display good sportsman like conduct throughout the meet.
If you are under 18 you must bring a parent or legal guardian to weigh-ins.
